I wander why Microsoft doesn’t show the real service name right in the Task Manager. Insulting Xbox One loyalists by not allowing used games and backwards compatibility, then requiring mandatory internet connectivity. Have you tried to restart the services specified or checked your eventlog to see a lot of errors?
