Ssl Error 61 Mac

permalinkembedsavegive gold[–]pjb515[S] 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago(0 children)Update: 1 out of 2 users updated the receiver and that fixed the issue. They could browse all websites fine, but Citrix just wouldn't work. I was able to resolve this error just following your well and self explanatory steps. Sorry...Please supply a document ID for the article you are searching for.

My question is: your instruction, #3 says to go to the Citrix folder.

Normally you should get an updated certificate if you keep your Operation System up to date. permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]IdiotManChildCCA 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago(0 children)Our most recent cert (from GoDaddy) had 2 intermediates to the RootCA, though the Netscaler allowed linking the first intermediate directly to the root. Updating the client resolved the issue every time. I would click the lock in the URL and notice the cert was assigned to something other than our cert.

  1. permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]patrick404 4 points5 points6 points 1 year ago(5 children)If you just recently replaced an SSL cert, I'd check to see if you're missing a intermediate CA in your cert chain.
  2. I could not figure out why Macs are not retrieving the certificate but I found a workaround: One can use a Windows box to export the intermediate certificates and install them
  3. Seems the receiver has its own certificate trust store.
  4. For the Avast I had to either tell it not to scan https connections or add an exception for our website.

Both were getting in the middle of the SSL process. Then IT sent a zip file that has all the certificates at the institution where I work. If you selected Old Standard SSL, then chose the intermediate one before May 2009. Verisign Class 3 International Server Ca - G3 I am still using Tiger and the Citrix version is 7xxxx something.

Then I have to ask our it guy in my company where from I will get this. The *.cer file has the following path: Mac HD/library/Application Support/Citrix/Keystore/Cacerts/ Is this the right location for it? https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6686780?start=0&tstart=0 Create the folder keystore (Right click/new folder).

So here we go, I got my xva file from MyCitrix account and I just deploy it on our XenServer, very easy, very simple, just some clicks. Ssl Error 61 Mac Symantec Class 3 Thanks Theresa Miller says June 8, 2016 at 11:22 am On a MAC just simply install the latest receiver. In the past as a work-around I have always launched a VirtualBox Win7 VM in order to connect, so basically it was a nightmare of virtualisation layers! I still don't understand how this worked but THANK YOU!!

Third certificate I tried, fromlogin keychain, worked - could not export it (wasn't an option) but click and drag worked just fine. The problem is that your certificate has a SHA-2 thumbprint, which is fine but Citrix is really dumb how it handles it. Ssl Error 61: You Have Not Chosen To Trust "symantec Class 3 Secure Server Ca - G4" Ran the SSL checker from here:https://www.digicert.com/help/index.htmWhich gave errors on 'intermediate certificates'. Error 183 Citrix Mac I exported the certs on my desktop to import on theirs, but still didn't work on the end users pc.

If the folder isn’t there, you will need to create it.

The certificate is apparently on the Desktop. permalinkembedsavegive gold[–]ciabattabing16XenApp 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago(0 children)Yes, this is your end-users, their cert stores aren't updating.
