January 31, 2014 Reply Dan typically when you have an FL1 code it means the spa is not heating and won't heat until the FL1 code is addressed so you want Sundance Spa Temperature Sensor FL2 indicates a closed flow switch when it is supposed to be open. You can also email us with specific details on what the spa does when you power the unit on and off and before it goes into watchdog mode.

Dave June 20, 2016 Reply Nigel, The temp I set for 90 and the tub temp is 74F, I assume this is a call for heat. One sensor has detected 110º. We have turned the hot tub off and on numerous times and tried both filters with no luck. If you are getting an FL2 error while the circulation pump is running, you may have a bad circulation pump relay.
Have tried the garden hose and rag trick, with no luck, have run the tub for shrt period of time, good flow from pump 1. All jets work and have had water run into them. At the same time this test is being done, put your hand on the stainless steel heater manifold, it should NOT be hot, it should only be at the same temperature If the error code goes away and you are getting the proper voltage then replace the pressure switch/flow switch.
